We want you to be satisfied with every book and cyphix you receive. If you are not, here’s how we resolve it:

• Physical Books & Merchandise
  o Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  o Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
  o Shipping costs are non-refundable except in very limited circumstances:
    § If your order arrives damaged in transit or is incorrect (wrong item, wrong edition, etc.), you may request reimbursement of shipping.
    § To qualify, you must provide proof of the issue within 7 calendar days of delivery. Proof may include clear photographic evidence of the packaging, the item, and the shipping label.
    § Once verified, we will refund the shipping cost along with any eligible product refund.

• Digital Products (eBooks, Audiobooks)
  o Due to their instant, consumable nature, digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.
  o If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact us (see contact information below), and we’ll make it right.

• How to Begin a Return

  o We’ll provide instructions for return shipping or digital resolution.
